Being a guy, I certainly don't know all there is about periods. What I think is true, and I'm going from long memory here, American girls usually have their first period around age 10 and up, to about age 15 for late bloomers. Equatorial countries report puberty as early as 8 years old. Arctic circle areas report 12-16 years old. Apparently light and genetics have impact on pubescence.
That said, I would not be surprised at all if the Fauci sauce negatively impacts pubescence, I would be surprised if it didn't given the reported accumulation in the ovaries.

Part of that is probably because darkies live near the equator and they physically mature faster than normal people.
