You want to win start using decentralized, open source, fixed supply cryptocurrencies.

You can never win when Jews create your money and can create as much as they like.

Some will say jews on cryptocurrency and other such bs. Using bitcoin as an example, even if they own some, once they spend it, it's gone. They can't just call up Mr. Goldenstein to create more shekels and give it to them for free. They have to work to get more.

Well satellite is just radio but it is broadcasted via satellite now but if shtf, it would be broadcasted over plain ham radio.

So let's say I wanted to buy a truck from a buddy using bitcoin after a catastrophic internet event and was using ham radio. how would I exchange with him?

If you exchanged with him a lot, you could first form a lightning channel so nothing even happened on main chain. That would be best. Then you could literally make transactions however, you liked. You could walk the transaction to his house if you wanted.

If you didn't you would have to broadcast that transaction over radio to other full nodes.
