That's not particularly realistic? if a State goes full China then we are all dead anyway, that's why you never go full China.

States do have control over the banking system and who you can trade with (see EU vs Russia)

It's not so easy to control what you do with a bitcoin. I've even seen people apparently just pass each other the password to a bitcoin wallet
