How will it fuck over innocent humans? They are not innocent if they are abusing the dog. Is it a healthy dog? Any way to dognap it and turn it over to a rescue, no kill shelter? Just tell them it's a stray. Any way to rehome it? Just seems like if it is a viable dog, there should be other options.
