How do I determine when the blade on my tile wetsaw blade is worn out and needs replaced? Do I hang onto the same blade so long as it cuts tile without difficulty, or is there something else I need to pay attention to?

Keep using it till it doesn't cut. I've got a slot chaser that has a series of carbide tipped blades and it's pretty easy to check if its thrown one of the carbide tips. Some tile saws use a diamond grit on the cutting edge should be able to tell if its worn off and exposing the edge of the metal disc.
