I've got about 4 gallons of ripe mulberrys from the tree in our backyard, a 5 gallon water jug and have made a one-way bubbler valve. Any tips for a novice would be great.

Actually that was just the first I grabbed so look around. Just search 'make mulberry wine' and you'l get lots.

I have, but wanted some feedback from folks who have done it themselves.

My daughter and son-in-law make good wine, me, I never tried. Good luck with it!
