Any vegan who knows anything about the ethical argument will say that eating roadkill is fine.
The premise for veganism is that it's wrong to needlessly harm animals. The premise is not it's wrong to eat animals. There are loopholes, like the roadkill one, or self-defense.

So out of curiosity, if say a bear were attacking you and the only way to save your self was to kill the bear, would you then consume the bear? Or have any issue with someone else doing so?
