Okay so for this live debate. I have put some effort into being able to do this on a private server. Also considering I am moderating or at least that is what I understood. I would like to know what the expected rules and topics are. I am 90% ready so Lets define the terms. What are the rules? What is the actual debate topic? Also my plan is to setup a mumble server and to use icecast to allow people to listen. and to record it. Possibly put it on youtube after the fact if all parties involved consent. So lets get ready to rumble! and iron out the details.

said "the morality of eating animals" is the debate topic. I am fine with that. I have never debated so I am not really sure how it would go but maybe each person gets 30 second- xx time to rebut the previous person? Or hell we can just yell at each other and make detailed threats, I don't really care or know what to expect.

I think maybe 5 minute arguments might be a good start. A lot could be laid out and then points debated.

Has there been a mention of what time this is taking place? Pardon me if you told me and I forgot.

well in theory at the moment it will take place on cast.poal.co:8000 but thats still in theory.

Edit: Also the live stream will be coming from icecast so anything that can stream that should work. I'll be recording it and putting it out somehow if both participants are cool with it.
