I watched Out of Shadows the other day. It was alright. Knew most of the shit they discussed.

What are some good documentaries? I liked the JFK to 911 Everything is a rich man’s trick one. Stuff like that is interesting. What else is out there?

American Factory on NetFlix. A documentary about a Chinese auto-glass manufacturer that buys a closed down GM plant in Ohio (I think) and then struggles to set up a profitable operation using American labor. It does a really good job of not taking sides and of portraying the events fairly and without resorting to emotions. As well it very effectively contrasts the American and Chinese working cultures.

It is especially interesting and enlightening when a team of American managers are sent to China to see how the plant is run there.
