Apparently it has come to light that they are half brothers with a shared father. Hollywood schmendrick howie Mandel schemed a way for them to first meet on his podcast. Neither of the brothers seemed prepared. Billy seemed emotional, with a feeling of "so this is how I find out, live on some C-lister's podcast". Bill of course immediately turned it into material, but they did seem to connect eventually. It's out there if you really want to watch it.
