Background checks don't bother me in principle, but in practice, they can open the door to all kinds of shit. When I lived in Washington, my info got leaked heavily online after I bought a few guns because WA makes all that info public domain. Mind you, I agree entirely that mentally unstable troons need to be kept from firearms, same with niggers and many other unstable people. But the threat of those checks being used against legal gun owners is very high.

Honestly, I'd much prefer if everyone could just carry everywhere short of a court house or police station. I've BEGGED at my job to let me carry a small pocket gun like a 21A or NAA 22 mag. The best way to stop sick people is to shoot back at them.

Yes, I agree with that.

The gov has leaked my data more than any company I have worked with or at and getting doxed for gun ownership is to put a literal target on you. They are telling the criminals who to target since they won't be charged for doing so while you get the short end.

Protections need to be put in place for legal owners and for protecting their selves, their family and their property at a federal level.

Make criminals afraid again.

Can we crowd fund a effort to put signs on every anti-gun lawn that says something like this.

"In this house, we don't believe in guns, Our next door neighbor however, has 20 and is willing and able to use all of them".

Also, yes, we will still try to help you. Maybe.
