Virus Deaths 'Catastrophically High'
This is clearly not true. One can easily get historical Sweden death statistics from here: https://sdb.socialstyrelsen.se/if_dor/val_eng.aspx
If one looks at the selection "Diseases of the respiratory system" and select "all ages" and "Entire Country" you see that in 2018 the total number of deaths was: 6,997, or 68.77 deaths per 100,000 residents. If you look at the TOTAL deaths in the country in 2018 it says: 92,254, or 906.65 deaths per 100,000.
They don't even give a death rate in this article but if you dig around, for example from it says the total number of 34 deaths per 100,000 residents. Also, the Wikipedia page had a similar number and if you keep searching you can find similar numbers elsewhere.
Note that 34 (approximately double it for the whole year) compared to 68 per 100,000 is right on track for half of the year for respitory diseases which is where this shit would be classified. I don't know how they're categorizing things though so you never know.
However, 34 (double it for the entire year) compared 906 total per 100,000 is insignificant. That said, this whole thing is much ado about nothing.
