How organic is this? I think this is not an either/or question.

While muslims do not regard Jesus as the Son of God and God incarnate, I am of the understanding that they do at least acknowledge divine inspiration in Jesus and regard Him as a prophet. On the other hand jews regard Jesus as a blasphemous idol and take (or at least demonstrate) offense to all things Jesus.

This could also include Stage II islamization where they pivot from peaceful tiny minority to aggressive minority. Spain is complicated, they are so tied up historically with the islamic moors and Spanish jews.

Spain is what happens when Christians don't advocate for Christians. Their country is heavily diluted and the people are deluded about what is happening there. Most Christian European heritage nations are on this path with a few notable exceptions.

They SAY the respect Jesus as a Prophet, but that's a lie to get Christians to be inviting, thinking they can convert the muslims. They outright state that Jesus's mother Mary is a whore who was stoned to death.

No, they don't respect anything and worship their pedophile warlord "prophet" they treat as the Messiah and declare the guy who raped a 9-year-old as the holiest man to ever live.

Muslims have more in common with jews religiously and culturally. Jews and muzzies believe that it is not only okay to lie to anyone and everyone, but it is actually morally righteous to do do, especially to Christians. Jews and muzzies agree that it's okay to rape children, with jews going "even 3 year olds are on the table, you know." Christianity rejects these things vehemently, alongside other things that judaism and islam preach as good and moral.

The only thing jews and muzzies have in common with Christianity is the area they began in and what they cribbed from Christianity to claim that they were a trio of religions and claim that they were actually the chosen ones. Judaism is an inversion of Christianity, and islam is the sword of judaism.
