I don't know about a first step...but really most of media, hollywood etc is so corrupt and just un-natural in general...that good people need to find a way to break free from it...just stop watching ..it's all fake...an escape..a passive consumption...we are our own worst enemy...if it comes down to a real holocaust of evil people ...of course ...
