It’s not “their body, their choice”. Im sure I don’t need to lecture all of you on the fact what is growing in the woman’s body is a unique person with its own DNA - hence the need for a placenta. The woman is merely the “host”. She is (usually) proving nourishment and a safe place for the baby to develop, but the fetus is not part of her body. And yet, as the breadwinner of the family, if I kicked a six-month old child out of the house because I didn’t feel obligated to provide shelter and nourishment for that child, I would go to prison. But it’s ok when the baby is still in the womb?
