Eat one meal a day. Eat whatever you want but one one meal. The side effects are, weight loss and you stop getting sick. Haven't had a cold or anything since I started this.

I'm not built for that man. I've tried. I have to wake up at 5 for work, so I get hungry before lunch if I don't eat something. I usually eat light tho. Like a protein shake and a banana or something.

The fastest way is to fast.

There's special biological processes that cause your body to eat your body fat during extended fasts.

After coming out of a fast you do have to abide by the less energy consumed more energy burned rule to keep it going though.

Changing habits is the hard part because your brain has an internal clock that likes to sync up to your eating patterns You will even go through withdrawal symptoms your first few fasts.
