True. But it’s still good to force yourself to talk to people, even if you feel you don’t need to.
Trust me, I hate being social as much as the next guy, but it pays off bigly to hone that skill. Besides, what’s the point of working out and looking amazing if your personality is trash due to crap social skills? Lol

For sure. But those are other benefits of social interaction and not related to "why am I tired".
