It's not, which dimension does your mind see? Which physical dimension are you interacting with? It can't be 3, you can't even divide triples. To see something, a process has to occur, the process takes time. Energy in the form of light is perceived, interpreted, and responded to, how many dimensions, let alone steps exist in all these key frames?
