Well done video. It's a sad commentary on our society that a lot of people really don't know how to cook scrambled eggs, but it is true. And this includes a lot of women, unfortunately. I think I learned to cook eggs when I was maybe 5 or so. Anyways, it's a well done video, thanks for posting. And, I was wondering where a cooking sub was, I will likely be posting here now and then.
Edit to add: The water part is odd. I use milk sometimes if I want the eggs crumbly style but have never heard of adding water.
I like to use whole milk instead of water and freshly chopped chive.

Thanks for the sub tips. I am a fair cook and I like to share with people that cooking basic hearty food is a simple thing. It really isn't necessary to eat trash food, regardless of your situation, but so many do. I have cooked many a fine feast out in the bush or on jobsites, for example.
