brown darkly a lb of ground beef with 1/2 a sweet onion diced. Do not drain add a large can of beans Mollases not tomato for base like B&M baked beans and low heat for around 10 minutes to let the beans and beef mix flavor. I also myself use Laurie seasoning salt to give flavor to the hamburner while browning but I like salt anyways so a little garlic powder salt pepper even light termeric can be added to the browning burger for more flavor to the meal.
THis is one meal if you work out hard, or 2 meals or more otherwise you will gain weight fast.
