I guess you're not familiar with Nigel, a.k.a. Nile Red. He's a chemist, but not your normal kind of chemist. The video is entertaining.

Dont think you can order it online, but Trader Joes has some sleeper chocolate that is REALLY good and affordable

For chocolate bars I'd recommend any Belgian brand. Maybe you can find some. For sth extraordinary search for some organic and roasted chocolate beans. A friend once brought some and I ate one of them. It was one of the tastiest things I had ever eaten.

The best selection of single origin chocolate bars I've found online is at in Salt Lake City. I buy Mrs Duck a dozen bars for her birthday and have them shipped. Caveat: Her b-day is in Winter, so shipping is viable then. Probably not as affordable as other options, but is good for a special treat. Some of our faves:
