Yeah, you have a point. It could be a bad thing even. They will just start using it as a parking lot or somewhere to "do tey prtys n' sheet" since its not overgrown.

Better yet, plant as much poison ivy/oak/etc when moving out. That should do the trick. It will invade the space they use because those fuck are not going to work on the yard...
