I asked my stepmom this and she said they work hard and want the positions, and that if other people thought they could do a better they should apply for them and they would be let into Congress etc. what willful ignorance and mental gymnastics she must use to get to that conclusion.

My dad says he just doesn't care because he doesn't have power to do anything about it. So why take the time to understand the nuances and figure out where the propaganda is if it womr make him happy or look sane. "China is buying up 600 acres of land a year? Well who fucking knows and I don't fucking care"

He's morbidly obese and has no interest in doing anything that's not fun. He's starting to get old too, and is vaccinated. I don't think he keeps up with the COVID Vax, but one is enough

I can't respect anyone who is overweight. It is the bare minimum of self respect. idk if this makes me an awful person.. I guess I really don't care.
