I don't need their approval. Who cares what 9 robes hundreds/thousands of miles away say about anything? The President and his agents don't get to cancel contracts between private citizens. I don't need a fucking court to tell me that.

.... again...

they had the same ruling last month too, however Biden did it again anyways.

he's becoming the literal definition of a lawless tyrant.

The problem with our current legal system is that you can keep rethrowing the same suit with slightly different language. The first one could be "no eviction for a year", then the second one is "no eviction for a year and a day". Practically identical, but now you need an entire new case for the second one which could take years

the previous ruling was a cuck out though.

"this is bad, but we won't actually force you to stop because you pinky promised you'd maybe stop." was basically it, zero actual weight behind it.

I have zero doubt they'll intentionally leave some obvious loophole for a kike lawyer to exploit, the entire court system is just theater to lend legitimacy to the system and pretend like you can resolve your issues with tyrants by making some fags in robes tell them to stop.

What's scary is that three of them think the CDC director has the authority to do something like this.

[–] 1 pt

Correct. The cdc shouldn’t have any authority or say. Strictly suppose to give details for diseases. Which they have not done so. People still get sick. Still dying. Wtf are we paying these fucks for in the first place. Get rid of them.

The decision doesn't really seem that monumental. Congress authorized the first moratorium, which expired and the CDC extended. Congress then authorized the extension, and authorized another one. The second one expired and CDC extended it. SCOTUS says that second extension is unconstitutional because CDC can't do that -- but Congress can, and already has done so twice.

Exactly. Courts wanna look good for some meanwhile high diving their counter corrupters on Congress. A total shit show.

It's always actually congress.

When the presidency says "we're coming for your guns", when fauci says "jab mandates", thats really congress and the senate threatening the american people.

They are unaccountable.

And we have no representation.

All grandstanding or threats from an out of touch and violent lawless government.

We have an enemy occupation force pretending to be a legitimate government.

This is getting ridiculous, usually when home prices are high, apartments are low.

Now they are both high with very few apartments available and a bidding war on the homes.
