The decision doesn't really seem that monumental. Congress authorized the first moratorium, which expired and the CDC extended. Congress then authorized the extension, and authorized another one. The second one expired and CDC extended it. SCOTUS says that second extension is unconstitutional because CDC can't do that -- but Congress can, and already has done so twice.
Exactly. Courts wanna look good for some meanwhile high diving their counter corrupters on Congress. A total shit show.
It's always actually congress.
When the presidency says "we're coming for your guns", when fauci says "jab mandates", thats really congress and the senate threatening the american people.
They are unaccountable.
And we have no representation.
All grandstanding or threats from an out of touch and violent lawless government.
We have an enemy occupation force pretending to be a legitimate government.
