Because they believe local and state government can mandate vaxxes just not the feds.
Jacobson was state level but he received a fine for refusing the booster that almost killed him and his son, instead of paying the $5 it went all the way to scotus and they ruled against him and he was fined $5, $155.44 in today’s dollars.
For some reason they think Jacobson gives them the right to fire and exclude you from society.
