Is it constitutional to require a license to carry a gun when the constitution says the right to bear arms shall not be infringed? Is the welfare state constitutional? Is the federal income tax constitutional? Is the power to redefine the constitution the supreme court arrogated itself constitutional?
None of this shit is constitutional. You don't even have to ask. The constitution is just a damn piece of paper. It has no power in and of itself. The enforcement is left up to us. The question is, what are you willing to do about it?

It's all Constitutional so long as the citizenry's only response is to shout "dat ain't Consta-toon-shal!" and grab another beer out of the fridge.
