Absolutely dotty. They are all bonkers, all the liberal fascists in the Democratic Party. They want to posture and play-act at being "green" while dumping the polution caused by the energy they use onto Third World countries. Instead of seeking energy independence, they intend to create artificial, unnecessary shortages to drive up fuel costs, and then import the higher cost fuel from enemy nations. And they are absolutely immune to the facts that there is no man-made global warming, and that the world needs more carbon dioxide in the air, not less, and warmer temperatures, not cooler temperatures.
