If this nominee to the Supreme Court cannot even define what a woman is, then, if appointed, she must recuse herself from all Title IX lawsuits and any other lawsuit that alleges sexual discrimination in the work place or anywhere else. She must do this because, by her own admission, she is not a biologist and therefore has no idea what any of these lawsuits are about, what the issues are, or even what they are talking about.
