The bankruptcy defense - you can't take the money if there is no money to take.

Jone's already offloaded all of his personal assets.

Currently, Jones is liquidating the entire inventory.

Lots of businessmen have been through that.

So they can judge against him and Info Wars, etc, and demand payment in full. A kangaroo court. When payment fails to arrive they send in the bailiff and seize property. By then, the only thing left there is a few old chairs and a couple of wobbly tables... maybe some leftover inventory worth only pennies at auction.

Meanwhile, operations continue in another corporation, under different ownership. All of the money spent persecuting Jones is lost. Jones still broadcasts, like Celente still broadcasts, on someone else's platform. The expected big payday for the plaintiffs never happens. Taking Jones off the air never happens.

The war continues.

I'm not a fan of AJ but this lawsuit just reeks of psyop.
