Law in USA works differently than law in Europe. Even the constitution is/was supposed to be respected by everyone in USA, whereas in Europe the government mechanisms do as they wish without fear of punishment. So I don't think that this would work in Europe, where trusts aren't a thing. If you work and get paid, the wages are deposited into your bank account and the government can steal it. Even if you are homeless, you are supposed to fill the annual tax forms and pay taxes.
