There are Ieros Lohos, ESA and EON that have official status, but most are autonomous local communities that avoid official status to avoid getting targeted (by both sides).

I looked them up. They don't seem to be doing much more that protesting and getting into fights with antifa. Not too many solid organizations in Europe yet, but considering how bad things are getting, either new ones will emerge or the existing ones will have to start working on a higher level.

It is difficult to expect more because nationalism has been practically outlawed. There are many people who are still in prison and their life has been practically ruined on false charges. If you are labeled as a nationalist, it is very common to have antifas attacking your workplace so that your employer is pressured to fire you or that your own business gets ruined. If they smash your business, it's called "activism" by the media and no charges will be pressed.

How large are these Antifa groups? Are they small group doing this by night or are they big enough to cause riots?
