That was three of us putting some serious effort into it, though I'm pretty sure I did the least out of all three of us.

One of the most rewarding parts was that two of the guitar parts were played by Biff and myself at the same time. It was played passionately and was almost like a guitar duel for a good portion of it. It was tons of fun and worth the time investment.

This one had some serious hours thrown at it. I only threw maybe four or five hours at it, total - including learning it. The other two put a ton of hours into it.

Put your headphones on for this one folks. This is 3 people, one of which is hundreds of miles away, replicating the full TSO. It's got it all, cello, violin, guitars, basses, keyboards, and even virtual kettle drums and bells. Truly spectacular.

To be fair, the kettle was kinda cheated and is just a slight offset with the double kick, recorded on its own channel and some reverb and a slight echo added.

I actually own a pair of kettle drums. They're above my garage. I got 'em from a high school marching band that was selling old equipment.

Oh, Biff says she increased the treble on the bass and reduced the mids to get it in range.

Her engineering skills are every bit as excellent as her musicianship. Especially when you take in the fact she's only been at them for about 1.5 years. She is such a treasure.

I was letting her concentrate on what she was doing, but I blame rum. Besides, she's now kinda paying attention again. (She gets bored when there aren't many replies quickly. Youth will do that.)

It's okay. You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into. They're going to believe what they believe, regardless of evidence or understanding. They'll interpret what I say however they want, instead of actually reading what I really say. There's no fixing that and it's quite okay. I don't need to control them. I am not their keeper.
