My guess is he will be back but that is purely a guess.
Yeah, his account seems to be gone.
I should take a few minutes to look and see what the behavior is when an account is deleted. Do their votes get put back? If they had comments, do those comments get deleted? If they don't get deleted, are they then attributed to the account when an account with the same username is recreated?

You know I’ve been intentionally vague about what happens as I’m still on the fence about what should happen. The way throat works comments and posts don’t get deleted. I’m not sure if they should or not, or even how difficult it would be to implement it.
I'm not sure it'd be too terribly difficult? Just a 'where' in the query, I should think?
But, I'm not even remotely familiar with the DB structure.
