Absolutely. I don't necessarily like his music - but he's undeniably a phenomenal player and his true mastering of his guitar is something I'm not sure anyone could really argue about. I don't actually have to like the guitarists on the list. That's got nothing to do with it. He's just mind-blowingly good.
