I'm technically in Virginia Beach. At least that's what the person at the desk says. The mailing address is in fact Norfolk.

I do not think it matters much. Like most municipal areas, they most surely work together in some departments.

It's a bit like Boston. Boston is just one small area. There's Dorchester, Roxbury, Cambridge, East Boston, etc...

It all just kinda flows together along the coast, with the I-95 corridor running right through.

Also, speaking of hotel stuff...

In about 2 months, I'll have broken even on my hotel investment. Even during the downturn, they're doing okay.
