Yeah, as long as you do not need to hire someone else to do the work it should be good money
I've never done the rehab thing so I don't really know the ins and outs. I assume there's some profit margin there even if you have to contract some of it out, but it would obviously be a lower profit.
Me either. Though back when I was doing satellite dish installations I came a cross a lot of people living in these trashed houses remodeling them to sell and buy another to do the same thing. One of them didnt even have floors in it. It was like who the fuck lives like this! But thats a way to make a living working or yourself, which sure beats working for someone else if you can do it
Working for yourself isn't as easy as it's cracked up to be. There's an adage for it:
"You'll never work harder than you will when you work for yourself."
But, it's still better than working your ass off to make someone else rich.
