Admittedly I've slacked off the last 2 weeks quite a bit, I've been tired and sore from work. I've also been tied up with a few big things I'm trying to get rolled out for poal. Last but not least I've been studying to take a particularly difficult test to enable me to make a considerably better income than I have in the past. All that and I missed a whole week. However I'll dust it off and pick it back up here in a little while and get back to it. At this point I'm convinced it'll take me longer than most to learn but I'll be damned if I quit.

Those are some of the best times to force yourself to play. Because there are other concerns that want your time, it reinforces the habit of regular practice. If you can get 15 minutes in, that's great. 30 is better but I don't actually recommend people practice for less than 15 minutes. That won't even be enough time to limber up your fingers.
