They honored the deal. They then canceled my card, effective immediately.

To make it even funnier, I always pay my full credit card bill. This means that I never pay any interest. I pay the bill before interest is charged and just reap any rewards.

So, not only did I get my cash back, they didn't get a dime of interest.

It's pretty fun to be able to fuck over the banks once in a while.

Hell yeah! That's the way to do it.

Unfortunately most people can not afford to do that, so those companies can make way more than the cash back they offer off of the people

Yeah, I never pay interest unless my money is making more than I'd pay in interest.

If my money can make 13% interest and I can get a loan for 4% interest, I'll take the loan.

But, I otherwise ain't paying interest. I'm sure as fuck not paying the interest rates that credit cards have. Fuck that noise.
