Ah yes, a Jan Hammer classic. He did some work with Junkie XL on some tracks that have a very MV vibe. Not sure if you are down with electronic music or a guitar purist though. This is technically both since he also played the guitar loops for these songs.

Wow did he? The Saturday Teenage Kick LP was my jam back in the day, I didn't keep track of his work until a couple of years ago when I wondered what he had been up to since the late 90s. I didn't realize his repertoire was so vast, with the contributions to the game soundtrack scene. He truly is a talented musician.
I only knew some of his remixes from the early 2000s. Probably from that lp you mentioned. I think that's when he reached the mainstream. I never followed him. I was going through synth videos and saw he had a massive collection of synths. Then one day he put a video out saying he was selling practically all of it.
