Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or TheBuddha.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

I am going to try to avoid going outside today as we have below zero temperatures and the wind chill is -30 at the moment. The high today is forecast to be 0 degrees. Fuck going outside

It has been unseasonably warm back home.

It has been unseasonably cool down here. From about the end of December until today, it hasn't risen into the 50s except for a couple of times when it rained - and even those barely hit the 50s, if they hit the 50s at all.

Back home, they've had very little snow this year and it has been consistently warm - hovering just above freezing most days.

As mentioned, we did get a little snow down here. It didn't amount to much and was mostly slush on the roads - barely even enough snow to show off and terrorize the locals. I drifted through the streets, but mostly was stuck in slow traffic as the non-driving-fucks drove at like 5 mph everywhere - and still had issues driving.

Of course, they have no idea how to drive in snow down here. Even a little slush means they're gonna crash. They've never learned how to drive in the snow as it doesn't snow more than a couple of inches each year. I'd be surprised if we got any more snow this year. I'm hopeful that we get more snow, but we probably won't.

I t has been a fairly mild winter here too without much snow and temps in the high 20s generally. This is the first real cold snap we've has this winter. We haven't got very much snow this year either, but there's a lot of time left for that to happen.

I don't think it has even gone below freezing back home - and I live on a fucking mountain with high winds. Not even the windchill temps have gone below freezing. It has been a weird winter, I guess.

Down here, it has been the opposite - cooler than normal. Ah well...
