Yeah. It's Helen. I'm pretty sure of it. It could be Ellen, but I think it's Helen.

Oh, it's not a guess. It's Helen - or maybe Ellen. I'm 99% sure it's Helen, but I could have misheard. They mention her name every now and then, plus I've been there in person and they mentioned her name then.

At the end of the day, the key takeaway is that she knows how to open pretty much every hood on the planet.
