I remember Charvel from the 80s but just don't like the designs of the Jacksons except the Roswell. Gibson made a Roswellesque guitar that seemed ok too. Lately I am into the asian Fender stuff though my last two guitars was a Mexican XII in Lake Placid Blue and a new Hagstrom (made in china) that I got at half price new. Got a nice collection of guitars now cheaply that all play well and take mods without any problems.
