Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, click this link (fngt.gq). That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then you can donate.

I do not recall recording this. It has to have been me, 'cause ain't too many people that can play like this. It appears to be improv work over a drum track, which sounds likely. I do that sorta stuff to give Biff exercises and demonstrations.

So, it's assumed that I recorded this.

Play that funky music White Boy.

Hey bud, do us a solid and record the Barney Miller Theme. It's similar to this jam. Got a searing guitar solo which you could play with more bite. I love that show's intro.

I do not even know that theme. Hmm... I'll look into it - but don't hold your breath.

cool. funky. groovy. i like the trills and the other little embellishments you threw in there. Thats some damn fine bass man!

That's like top-notch bass work. Ain't got even the slightest memory of recording it. It goes through a few styles, from plucking to slap to the roll and twist while pulling. I must have been in a funky mood.

Hell yeah it is. Its fucking awesome bass work!

Hi everybody. My friend Christ stopped over last night and me, Verle and him all had a few Budweisers together and jammed out on acoustic guitars for a few hours. It was a good time. Here is a John Denver classic we played last night, Rocky Mountain High (soundcloud.com)

You guys did a real good job on this one. Denver has that high voice and it's hard to hit those notes.

He was a real good dude. Hated to see him die.

Thanks man. It wasn't an easy one at all. We thought we could do it better but every time we tried we never made it through all the way

Great song and nice job Crazy

Good choice.

Thanks! You can't go wrong with a John Denver classic!

Damned right!

He's one of the reasons I don't buy my own small plane.

Here is a jam we just happened to play through last night. I just started playing some really simple rhythm on the guitar and Verle started to do his Verle things over it. Then Chris started throwing some lead lines on the top of all that and it all sounded really nice. But what ever happened to that joint? (soundcloud.com)
