The idea of getting arrested for weed is just horrible.

First, it's stupid to have weed on you if you can get arrested for it.

But, at the same time, it's fucking pot. Having pot should not be something they can arrest you for. Well, maybe if you've got pounds of it that you're selling to minors, but otherwise no...

She is one that likes to smoke up in the car, like when ever we went somewhere, on the way to her doctor or bring her back to her moms or go to a store or a bar or restaurant or where ever we went, she would be smoking pot up till it was time to get out and go in.

That's kinda fucking retarded. That's literally the worst time to smoke pot other than walking into the police station to light up. You're in a car. You're visible and the smell stands out when you do get stopped.
