Yeah, in a state where weed's legal that's still a stupid fucking idea - and illegal. You can't smoke weed in the car 'cause they have no way to tell how recently it was smoked and driving stoned is illegal.

Dogs suck, but yeah... The accuracy of dog sniffers is actually pretty hotly disputed. In blind studies, coupled with the handler's interpretation, they're only right about 50% of the time - in other words they have the same probability as witchcraft, hocus pocus, or just plain fucking guessing. Dogs as an excuse to search a vehicle should be fucking outlawed. It's fucking bullshit.

That said, it's still fucking retarded to smoke pot in a car.

I know, and I naturally assume that the trainer gave a signal to the dog. Cause I am not stupid. I do not drive around with weed on me. I don't leave home with it generally. So they didn't find anything. I get away with everything where I live. except asking the bitch why the cops were here. LoL
