If I like the site, I unblock the ads and click them. I do that fairly often, actually. I figure it's the nice thing to do and I want to help support the author/content creator.
I did promote it a little on Reddit, but about the same as I always do. The site's traffic has been steadily increasing, especially over the past few days. The site had good traffic yesterday, even though there wasn't any new articles posted that day.
Thats cool, You do it to support the site more so than interest in what is advertised.

Google shows some interesting ads, or at least something I can reasonably click on and say I was curious about.
I'm interested in seeing what the traffic looks like after a year of constant posting - and some promotion.
Oh... Tell your son to watch The Simpsons in Spanish. The voices are so different. It probably helps if he speaks Spanish, but I don't think that's necessary to get a taste of how it sounds in Spanish.
