Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask COF, Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

Why do we always come here?

I guess we'll never know

It's like a kind of torture

To have to watch the show

LOL I miss the Muppet Show. I watched a couple of episodes (thus the idea for the title) and it was still pretty funny.

It is probably too triggering for anyone in the snow flake generation to watch. It was a great show.

I dunno, most of their content was pretty liberal/progressive at the time. Ms. Piggy may not go over all that well today.

But, yeah... Someone would likely find a reason to bitch about it. We can't have nice things without people whinging.

Buddha. You gonna play concerts?

It looks like we'll be up and performing soon. There's a tentative 2 night show in June. We're waiting for the regs to come down on the last day of this month. If the gov does what we're expecting, the band will be performing on the 11th and 12th.

Well, this is nice and slow. School will soon be out for the year. So, I'll share one more.

I'm headed out soon, probably.

Cool. Those strummed chords near the end sound so out of place. Is that the way it's supposed to be?

Edit: actually now that I think of it, the Who did the same thing with a song from Tommy.

Yeah, they're supposed to be there. It was Alice, so everything has to also be theatrical.

I think that may have been the song Alice Cooper did on The Muppet Show, now that I think of it.

Sorry I'm late, had a busy day. Alice always had some great musicians playing for him and Glen Buxton's riff on this song always stood out. Add in Neal's thunder drums and it's a great tune. Good job everyone.

I like a lot of Alice Cooper's work. I also like his giant stage productions.

And both you and Crazy were late. It's okay. I quite enjoyed the night off.

Hello and greetings from Maine! For those playing the home game, this means we're home for the first time in a long time. It's great to be back.

This means that we've been exceptionally busy. This relates to the thread in two ways. The first is that we have nothing new (but we have something appropriate) and the second is that we probably won't be here all that late tonight. So, on to something appropriate…

That hasn't been shared too many times and is appropriate for the circumstances! It is one of those songs where I can play every instrument. In this recording, I did nothing of the sort. I can, however… That comes from perfoming it so many times, in so many places, in so many ways. It's actually an indicator of skill. See, all the parts to this song are actually pretty easy. It is not a difficult song to play. No. No, it is not.

As always, rock on!

Welcome home!

It's pretty awesome to be home! Home is where I keep most of my stuff!

Hello. I just got home from work. Me and my friends jammed the other day, here's

wTF. Did Verle take lesson from Mick Jagger? I couldn't understand the words coming out of his mouth.

That's a pretty late time for you to work!

It's a good thing I was already planning on opening the thread.

[–] 1 pt

That's a damned good thing!

Pete Seeger, the Garden Song (Inch by Inch). Chris will love it and you'll easily be able to play it. Copy John Denver's cover of it and it's like three or four chords.

It's cold. I'm used to Virginia temperatures and it's like 50° outside.
