You pretty much have to trust them to give them the job you did
If I didn't trust them, they wouldn't work for me in that capacity, or in any capacity really.
Hell, this time it isn't even me that gets to enjoy the cars. I won't be anywhere near them when they're being shown.
Exactly!
They have great jobs
They have one of the best jobs on the planet. They know it. They appreciate it. They're worth it.
But, yeah... They have one of the best jobs on the planet.
I do have high standards. For example, the shop is in immaculate condition. While I wouldn't recommend it, you can probably eat off the floor.
And it better stay that way. It better be spotless at the end of every day. They will time themselves to make sure the place is cleaned at the end of every day.
As they're salaried employees, the law says I can demand 60 hours from them per week. I only make them work 40 hours. I give them two weeks off a year, and it's a paid vacation - it's also mandatory. They will take two weeks off from work. In addition, they get 10% time. For 4 hours per week, they can work on their own projects.
The list goes on...
They've got the best jobs ever.
