Hello. Earlier this week Chris came over and we were trying to learn a song I like and it was taking a long time. There was a woman here watching us play and she requested that we play What's Going On by 4 Non Blondes, and I told her we would learn that and play it when we were done with the one we were working on.

Anyways, she had to leave to take her daughter somewhere and we didn't get a chance to play that song for her.

When we finally got done with the song that I like Chris said let's try that one that the woman had requested, so I say ok, and he says look up the words on the laptop, and I type 'whatsxz goin down lyrics' or something like that into the keyboard fat fingering it and the screen shows the lyrics for I'm going down. I'm trying to figure out why I don't have the right words when Chris starts to sing

What's Up, by the 4 Non-Blondes is like 4 chords, if you do decide to learn it. G C Am D, I think... I'd have to pick up a guitar to be sure, my memory will kick in if I do.

There's several songs called "(I'm) Going Down". I like the one by The Jeff Beck group myself.

The alternating lyrics are interesting and makes this one different, and cool.

I listened to the Jeff Beck version this afternoon here thanks to you sharing it. I thought it was funny that it's the same name as what I was planning on sharing!
